What I want most now in my life right now is how not to get into social media. Yesterday a friend of mine called on the phone and I heard from his mouth something I had to think about a bit.
My friend and I studied together. He was active on social media Those who care and love their own work and family do not have time for social media and do not feel the benefit of it.during his studies. Whatever he did, he used to take photos and share them on social media. But now he has totally changed. I do not see him on social media. When I asked him why he is not going on social media now, his answer seems to me to be something to think about. Now I’m really wondering why I’m uploading photos on Instagram and Facebook. I don’t even know what its benefit is. I think they are really a way to waste my time. I think social media plays a huge role in changing one’s character. Sometimes social media is just as addictive as smoking and using drugs. It is very difficult to leave. Only survivors of social media addiction can think like my friend did. I have not uploaded any photo on social media for 15 days. I am trying to save my life from social media. The problem with this social media addiction is that you never know if you are addicted.
Yes, I have been socialist media sober for four years. I deleted all accounts because my children rightly told me I was addicted to it. I was. Many, many people are. Praise God you are seeing it! Lean on God for help. He and you got this!😃❤
