There are good people and bad people in this world. Some people work for their own needs and they work against others. sometimes strong men are always harassing people who are incapable of responding. Some people rob others of their wealth. Some people make fun of us, call us bad and insult us. It makes us feel bad in front of everyone. Without realizing our own shortcomings, we point out the shortcomings of others in front of others. Sometimes our family is broken because of that person. Our mentality is shattering by others.
So for many reasons we may feel angry or revengeful towards that person. At that time various kinds of perverted minds come into our minds to take revenge on that person. I’m told you in an old blog about who brings good thoughts and bad thoughts. We have heard many stories of him bringing guns to schools and killing his classmates. When our mind breaks down, the first thing that comes to our mind is anger and sadness. According to the law of each country, we can do nothing against those who have wronged us. We become very selfish when many problems come up in our lives. Or the devil brings such thoughts into our minds. Revenge is an emotion that arises in the human mind at that time. Let us see what our scripture says about revenge.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.Do not be conceited.
17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 On the contrary:
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:14-21.
Human revenge can never be perfect. We will never get the wisdom and understanding for it. We must recognize the power of our God in whom we believe. Let’s see what Exodus says in the fourteenth chapter.
6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, 7 maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.” Exodus 34:6-7
So let us pray that He has placed our troubles in the hands of God. God will take revenge on our enemies so that we do not suffer any harm or loss from our enemies. The only thing we need to ask God for is for our minds to be happy and at peace. When unwanted thoughts come to mind we think about what is the power of the God we worship. Put our minds in God’s hands and pray for a while. Tell God about any humiliation or loss. We must learn to be wise and prudent when an enemy persecutes us. May God help us to get rid of all the anger that the devil brings. I pray that everyone will have the happiness and peace they need in life. I hope you understand from these Bible verses that God does not want our anger and revenge against our enemies.
